Vivo on Thursday (December 12, 2024) launched the X200 series smartphones in India featuring the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro. The Vivo X200 series succeeds the X100 series launched in January this year. The new X200 series continues the Vivo-ZEISS partnership.

Both the phones, Vivo X200 Pro and Vivo X200 use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor seen in Oppo Find X8 series. They run on Android 15 out of the box based on Funtouch OS 15. The series gets up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.

The Vivo X200 Pro features a 6.78 inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The phones also support Dolby Vision and protected by Armor glass. The Vivo X200 has a 6.67 inch AMOLED panel with similar refresh rate and brightness.

Both, Vivo X200 and X200 Pro ship with IP68 and IP69 ratings.

The Vivo X200 runs on a 5,800 mAh battery while the Vivo X200 Pro gets a 6,000 mAh cell, but they ship along with a 90 W charger inside the box.

The Vivo X200 sports a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP telephoto lens and a 50 MP ultrawide camera. It has a 32 MP selfie lens.

Vivo X200 Pro gets a 50 MP main camera, a 200 MP ZEISS APO telephoto lens, and a 50 MP ultrawide lens. It too has a 32 MP front camera.

Vivo X200 has been priced at ₹65,999 for 12 GB/256 GB and the 16 GB/512 GB costs 71,999, while the Vivo X200 Pro comes in single variant of 16 GB/512 GB at ₹94,999. The open sale starts on December 19 in India.
